Data Deletion Instructions

Bublly is a SaaS platform operated by FABRAINZ INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.
We respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.
This page explains how to request deletion and what happens after your request is received.
1. Who Can Request Deletion
Deletion requests may be submitted by:
- Account owners
- Authorized representatives of a connected business
- Users who have connected a WhatsApp Business Account through Embedded Signup
2. How to Request Data Deletion
You may request deletion in one of the following ways:
Option 1 – Email Request
Send an email to: admin@fabrainz.com
Include the following details:
- Registered email address
- Business name
- Connected WhatsApp phone number
- Description of your request
3. What Happens After We Receive Your Request
Upon verification of your request, we will:
- Delete or anonymize your account information
- Remove stored authentication tokens and API credentials
- Disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account integration
- Stop processing any WhatsApp-related data associated with your account
- Delete or anonymize stored message metadata, business profile information, and associated system logs
Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days, unless retention is required by applicable law.
If legal obligations require us to retain certain records (such as billing or compliance logs), those records will be securely retained only for the legally required period.
4. WhatsApp Business Account Disconnection
If you have connected your WhatsApp Business Account via Embedded Signup:
- You may revoke Bublly's access at any time through Meta Business Manager.
- Once access is revoked, Bublly will immediately stop processing WhatsApp-related data for that account.
- Revocation through Meta Business Manager does not automatically delete previously stored account data. To request full deletion, please follow the instructions above.
5. What Data May Be Deleted
Depending on your usage, deletion may include:
- Account registration information
- Business profile details
- WhatsApp Business Account ID (WABA ID)
- Phone number ID
- Access tokens
- Stored message metadata
- CRM contact records
- Support tickets
- Automation configurations
- AI assistant interaction logs (where applicable)
6. Confirmation of Deletion
Once your deletion request has been completed:
- You will receive confirmation via email
- Your account access will be permanently disabled
- WhatsApp integrations will no longer function
Deletion is irreversible.
